  • High tolerance (over 40 prototypes to get the fit perfect)
  • Designed to fit a wide range of face profiles
  • The base must be printed with a flexible filament like TPU.
  • The removeable cover should be printed with a rigid material - PETG, ASA, or ABS. TPU is possible but will be difficult to snap fit into the base.

A 3mf file for each part is included with digital download purchase.

The base is configured for Bambu Lab X1C printers with TPU for AMS on a textured PEI sheet.

The cover is configured for Bambu Lab X1c printers with PETG HF on a textured PEI sheet.

If you use alternate slicing software, please match the settings provided in the 3mf.
Both prints have highly customized slicing configurations - layer height modifiers, custom supports, and tweaked slice settings. These are extremely high tolerance parts - the base may require slight tweaks to X-Y hole compensation to get a perfect snap-fit with the cover.
